A good night's sleep And a hearty breakfast

With only two rooms and a maximum of four guests, we’re able to prepare and freshly cook your breakfast to order and provide exactly what you want, when you want it (it won’t have been sitting on a hot plate for hours!).

Our breakfasts include organic homemade yoghurt, home-produced free range eggs, homemade bread and a wide variety of fresh home-grown soft fruits, including lovely Scottish raspberries. So you have a choice of English, Scottish or Continental breakfasts - all with that extra something.

You’ll be guaranteed a restful night on our super-comfortable king size bed. Both our rooms contain freshly cut flowers from our gardens, fresh fruit, chocolate bars and mineral water; you can also make tea, coffee - even a cappuchino. Clean, freshly laundered towelling bathrobes will be waiting for you on the back of the bedroom doors and our shower room has a selection of toiletries for your use.

And if you fancy a quiet night in, our TVs in the rooms have either a DVD or video player built in, so bring your favourite movie and enjoy!
