- Check in is usually from 3pm onwards, but we can accommodate earlier or late arrivals;
- check out time is 10.00 am;
- payment is required in full, in advance by cash or cheque;
- in the event of a cancellation, this must be 2 weeks in advance for a full refund. In the event of a “no show”, unfortunately a refund will not be possible.
